This Refund & Returns Policy outlines your rights and our obligations in the event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Return Eligibility
You are eligible to request a return or refund within 7 days from the date of delivery if any of the following conditions are met:
- You received a damaged or broken product.
- You received a wrong product that does not match your order.
- The product is expired or tampered upon delivery.
- The product is missing from your order or incorrectly shipped.
- The product packaging is significantly damaged in transit.
We also offer returns under our No Questions Asked policy within 7 days if you are unsatisfied with the product for any reason, provided the product is unused, unsealed, and in its original packaging.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Products that have been opened, used, or partially consumed (unless defective or damaged on arrival).
- Products returned after 7 days from the date of delivery.
- Products that are not in their original packaging or are missing accessories, labels, or seals.
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or negligence by the customer.
- Items purchased during special sale events or with non-returnable promotional offers, unless defective.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order via email at avinashkumarsingh996@gmail.com or WhatsApp at +91 81300 62898.
- Provide your Order ID, the reason for return, and clear photographs of the product and packaging (mandatory for damaged or wrong product claims).
- Our support team will review your request within 2 business days and confirm whether the return is approved.
- If approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup from your delivery address at no extra charge, or provide you with return shipping instructions.
- Once the returned product is received and inspected at our end, we will process your refund within 5โ7 business days.
Please do not return any product without prior confirmation from our team. Unconfirmed returns may not be accepted.
4. Refund Process & Timeline
Once your returned product has been received and inspected, we will notify you via email or WhatsApp. Refunds are processed as follows:
- Online Payments (Razorpay / Cashfree / UPI / Net Banking / Credit-Debit Card): Refund will be credited to the original payment source within 5โ7 business days after refund initiation.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refund will be processed via bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS) to the bank account provided by you within 7โ10 business days.
- Store Credit: Alternatively, you may choose to receive your refund as store credit which will be applied to your next order immediately upon approval.
Please note that the exact credit date may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. We are not responsible for delays caused by your bank after the refund has been initiated from our end.
โ ๏ธ Note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective product).
5. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order under the following conditions:
- Before Dispatch: Orders can be cancelled for a full refund at any time before they are dispatched from our warehouse. Contact us immediately at avinashkumarsingh996@gmail.com or call +91 81300 62898.
- After Dispatch: Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You may initiate a return after receiving the product as per our return policy above.
- COD Orders: For Cash on Delivery orders, if you refuse delivery without a valid reason, we reserve the right to restrict future COD orders on your account.
Cancellation refunds for prepaid orders will be processed to the original payment method within 3โ5 business days.
6. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or does not match your order, please:
- Take clear photographs of the damaged product, packaging, and shipping label before opening or discarding anything.
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order ID and photographs.
- We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at your preference, with no additional shipping cost to you.
We take quality very seriously and all such cases are escalated to our quality control team to prevent recurrence.
7. Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please initiate a return for a refund and place a new order for the desired product. This ensures a faster and more efficient process for you. For any assistance, our support team is happy to help you place the new order at the same price.
