1. Acceptance of Terms
By engaging the services of SK Facility Service ("we", "us", "our") — whether in person, by telephone, WhatsApp, email, or via our website — you ("the Client") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not proceed with booking.
SK Facility Service is operated by a proprietorship based at 525, AD Road, Tal. Bavla, Dist. Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
2. Services Provided
SK Facility Service offers professional facility cleaning and management services, including but not limited to:
- House Keeping (regular residential cleaning)
- Sofa Washing and Upholstery Cleaning
- Housekeeping Staff Placement
- Deep Cleaning (residential and commercial)
- Kitchen Cleaning and Degreasing
- Office Cleaning
- Carpet Cleaning
The exact scope of each service will be agreed upon between both parties before commencement. Any additional work outside the agreed scope may incur additional charges, which will be communicated to you in advance.
3. Bookings & Confirmations
Bookings can be made via phone call, WhatsApp, email, or the inquiry form on this website. A booking is confirmed only when SK Facility Service acknowledges it explicitly — by verbal confirmation, WhatsApp reply, or email. Submission of an inquiry form alone does not constitute a confirmed booking.
We reserve the right to decline a booking at our discretion, particularly if the premises are deemed unsafe or unsuitable for our team.
4. Cancellation & Rescheduling
We request a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 25% of the agreed service charge, to cover travel and preparation costs.
SK Facility Service reserves the right to reschedule a booking in cases of unforeseen circumstances (illness, weather, equipment failure). In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer the earliest available alternate slot at no additional cost.
5. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), and bank transfer. For contractual/recurring engagements, payment terms will be specified in the service agreement.
For certain services (e.g. large deep cleans, staff placements), a booking advance of up to 50% of the service fee may be required at the time of confirmation. This advance is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service.
6. Access & Client Responsibilities
The Client is responsible for ensuring that our team has safe and unobstructed access to the premises at the agreed time. If access is denied or delayed by more than 30 minutes without prior notice, we reserve the right to treat the appointment as a late cancellation.
The Client must ensure that:
- All pets are secured before and during the service
- Fragile, irreplaceable or particularly valuable items are stored safely before the team arrives
- Water and electrical supply are available at the premises during the service
7. Liability & Damage
SK Facility Service takes the utmost care with all property. In the unlikely event that damage is caused by our team's negligence, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion. We will assess the claim and endeavour to resolve it fairly and promptly.
We shall not be held liable for:
- Damage to items that were already fragile, broken, or improperly secured prior to our arrival
- Wear and tear from routine cleaning of surfaces in poor condition
- Pre-existing stains, damage, or discolouration that cannot be removed by standard cleaning methods
- Loss of any items after our team has left the premises
Our liability in any event shall not exceed the value of the service charge paid for that specific booking.
8. Housekeeping Staff Placement
Where SK Facility Service places housekeeping staff at client premises, the staff remain employees or contracted workers of SK Facility Service. The Client must not engage such staff directly, offer them separate employment, or request them to perform duties outside the agreed scope without our written consent.
SK Facility Service will replace staff promptly if the Client is dissatisfied, subject to a fair assessment of the complaint.
9. Privacy
We collect only the information necessary to provide our services (name, phone number, email, and address). This information is used solely for service delivery and communication. We do not sell, share, or disclose your personal data to third parties, except where required by law.
Photos or videos of our completed work may be used for promotional purposes (social media, website gallery) with your implied consent by not explicitly objecting. If you do not wish your premises to be photographed, please inform us before the service begins.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India and the state of Gujarat. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
11. Changes to These Terms
SK Facility Service reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The current version will always be published on this page with the date of last revision. Continued use of our services after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
